  3.         The following individuals agree to join a lottery pool
  4. for the month of @100, @101, for the purpose of jointly playing
  5. the @102 State Lottery:

  9. and the following games of the @102 State lottery:

  14. and designate, @001 as the Lottery Pool Manager for this 
  15. month. Each participant shall be liable to contribute 
  16. $@105 per game played.
  17.  
  18. Each party to the pool shall turn over all funds for the
  19. purchase of tickets at least 24 hours prior to the closing time
  20. for purchase of tickets for each game.
  21.  
  22. In the event that a person does not do so, they shall
  23. nevertheless be liable to pay in their share of the money
  24. used, if a ticket or ticket is purchased for them.
  25.  
  26. In the event that any prizes are won, the pool manager, who
  27. shall serve without compensation, shall evenly divide the
  28. prize among the participants, deducting any amount owed
  29. for a failure to pay a required share. ANY AND ALL FUNDS
  30. WON AS PRIZES SHALL BE CONSIDERED TO BE HELP IN TRUST FOR
  31. THE POOL BY THE MANAGER.

  33. This agreement shall not automatically renew and shall expire
  34. at the end of the month stated.
  35.  
  36. In the event of a prize being won in excess of $ 10,000, and
  37. settlement options are provided, the vote of the majority of
  38. the pool members shall decide. If there is no majority, the
  39. pool manager shall decide.
  40.  
  41. Any member may withdraw by written notice to the pool
  42. manager, and the pool shall thereupon end, but shall remain
  43. in effect for the past games played as a pool.

  46. This is the entire agreement of the parties and there are no
  47. agreements express or implied not stated herein. This agreement
  48. may only be altered in writing signed by all parties.
